I was excited to give Ital Momma meal preps a try. I had been following for a while and they looked so good on insta.


Contact with her was easy and friendly- she went out of her way to make adjustments to my meal that befitted my personal situation.

The meals were delivered at the agreed time by a kind lady - well packaged with a little extra complimentary sweet treat.
Perfect size packaging to easily stack in the freezer.

Once I heated up the meal I was curious- meals looked simple and I was wondering whether there would be enough flavor.


I was honestly blown away. How she gets dishes that I thought I knew so well ( with a surinamese background) so flavorful that it took them to the next level is enviable.


I think of myself as a pretty decent cook but I wouldn’t know how to pack those flavors into my dishes even if I tried. This is what distinguishes a home cook from an expert. Highly recommend”.
