Should you not be accepted into this trip your application fee will be fully refunded. If you are accepted, this amount will go towards the overall payment of your trip.

ABOUT ITAL MOMMA
Greetings!
My name is Mygella Akosua, also known as ITAL MOMMA.
I am a plant- based travel chef who was born and raised in Suriname. At the age of 9 I migrated to Saint Martin along with my family.
As a little girl I would always see my mom create these delicious dishes and I thought to myself: “I want to cook too!”.
At the age of 16 I stepped into the kitchen and I immediately started receiving compliments from family and friends, which boosted my confidence as a cooking princess.
Fastforward to a few years later..
When I spontaneously lived in Jamaica for 9 months.
I adapted to a plant- based, non-dairy lifestyle and I have inspired hundreds of people to improve their eating habits by use of my social media platforms, my cook books and the other chef services that I provide.
Cooking has become my meditation; I get to express my art and create unique tasty dishes at the same time.
I have now upgraded from cooking princess to ITAL QUEEN. 😂 A true culinary artist who has a passion for food.
I am so honoured to share my sacred space with you at the ITAL MOMMA RETREAT 2024.
Every single experience and every single activity is designed to help you elevate your self- love, your way of thinking, improve your eating habits, inspire you to explore some more and have fun, and experiencing all that life has to offer you.
