2. Payment: Full payment is required to confirm your booking. All payments are non-refundable.

3. Attendance: Participants should arrive on time. Late arrivals may miss part of the experience, and the session may not be extended.

4. Cancellation & no-shows: No refunds for cancellations or no-shows. You get a full refund if the cancellation comes from our side.

5. Health & safety: Participants take part at their own risk. Safety instructions must be followed when using kitchen equipment.

6. Photography: We may take photo’s and video’s during the experience for promotional purposes. Participants let us know if they prefer not to appear in any photo’s or video’s.
